NOVARE® Equity Partners is a Private Equity Fund Manager focusing on investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

NOVARE® Equity Partners is the sub-advisor to the Grand Towers Africa Property Fund PCC,  a protected cell company domiciled in Mauritius. 

The investment objective of the first fund, the Grand Towers Africa Property Fund I, is to achieve superior long-term retuns primarily by making privately negotiated equity and equity-related investments in retail properties in Sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa).

The focus of the fund is on identification, rezoning, purchase, development and resale of these retail properties.  The fund is listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
